MASON JAR + MY RECEPT

HELLO GUYS,

Today I want to talk about this beautiful mason jar. I bought this at Hema for only 3 euros! I think that's such cheap for mason one. I also bought some nice american drinking straws. The jar is perfect for smoothies or cocktails.

I also want to share my favorite recept: The banana yoghurt smoothie!

You need:

- 1 banana

- 1 little cup of yogurt ( natural or banana)

- Cia seed

- Hennep seed

For this smoothie you only have to cut the banana in pieces. Then you do all the thing you need in one can and mix it all together. You can add a bit water if you want and also a bit honey to make it even more sweet,
